About Fraiche

A discreet and understated façade leads you into an intimate, tasteful and modern décor created with the theme of natural elements viewed from the shoreline.

Shades of creams and browns induce a relaxing environment, this is complemented by our front of house team led by Gemma Parry who will greet you warmly on arrival and care for your visit with us.

Our emphasis is placed on comfort for guests with well spaced and uncluttered tables, this has been created with help from some inspirational pieces fabricated with like minded people from Jenny Barker who is responsible for the glass art work, Paul Cocksedge who created the 'moon' and not forgetting Melia for their wonderful 'underpants'.

We are open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday and we are open for lunch by arrangement on Fridays and Saturdays.

A personal Message from Marc Wilkinson, Chef-Patron

"Fraiche is a very personal journey for me, building a modern cuisine on a classical trained foundation to base and keep my sensibilities in check, my expanding cooking techniques and cutting edge preparations help me to breathe new life into the dining scene in Merseyside.

The drive is very much to push Fraiche to higher levels of cuisine and enjoyment for our guests.

We also have our in-house shop were we sell produce made in the kitchen alongside some of our service ware from mother of pearl saucers to bespoke glassware, please ask Gemma our storekeeper for the shop menu when visiting Fraiche.

Or if there is something you are seeking feel free to drop us an email and we will do our best to assist in sourcing products for you."

Perfection is in the detail.
